2015: A spark born from “Spreadsheet Hell”
It all starts with Gaël Paquet, Head of Innovation at Visiativ. His daily grind? Managing a sprawling project portfolio. His biggest headache? Messy spreadsheets, stale PowerPoints, and the feeling of flying blind.He just can’t find a tool that gives him the full picture.
So he builds his own.
His vision: a platform that turns the user into the architect. No manuals, no restrictions: just creative bricks to help leaders structure their business and stay the course.
Suivi is born.
2022: A construction boom
Suivi moves back into Visiativ. No tutorial push, no mandatory rollout—and yet it spreads like wildfire. Within three years:
- 1,300 out of 1,500 employees are on board,
- 900 daily users building and using their own project portals and templates,
- Zero technical barriers: non-tech teams master the tool and own their data.
From merchandising schedules to R&D product roadmaps, Marketing, Finance, and HR—Suivi becomes the company’s compass. Hundreds of use cases go live daily, and across all departments.
The momentum of this internal success pushed us to launch Suivi for everyone. We’re handing you the bricks. You decide what to build.
2025: From the sandbox to the skyline
In 2024, Visiativ joins the Snef Group: a $2.2B powerhouse with 15,000 employees across 30+ countries—and the engine that launches Suivi beyond Visiativ’s walls for its official 2025 release.
